The spark for AstraWorks began nearly 20 years ago on the college soccer pitch. As a collegiate athlete, AstraWorks founder Josh McDaniel equated the importance of great teams to corporate success – by finding the right talent, ensuring cultural fit and aligning people to the right role. Since then, Josh has made it his passion to help companies build great teams. For nearly two decades, Josh and the team at AstraWorks have focused their recruiting efforts on connecting the people + companies who are building the world. Today, AstraWorks has grown into a niche recruiting firm large enough to handle accounts coast to coast for some of the country’s biggest companies in design, construction and energy, yet small enough to maintain personal relationships with each client and candidate they touch.
